Vision: Our vision is to know the Lord Jesus Christ and to make Him known in our church, in our city and in our world.
Mission Statement: We seek to fulfill our vision in these three ways:
1. Build Our Church: We believe that God’s intention for the church is to shape each believer into the image of His Son Jesus Christ and equip him or her for the work of the ministry. Therefore, we place great emphasis on:
a. The verse-by-verse teaching of God’s Word.
b. Prayer and Worship.
c. The development of sincere relationships particularly through our home fellowship ministries.
d. Raising up a new generation of worshipers, leaders and ministers through our youth ministries, our PreK-12 Christian School and our School of Ministry.
2. Reach our City: We believe God has blessed us with the opportunity to shine the light of Christ in a city that is notorious for sin. We focus on bringing the light of Jesus Christ to Las Vegas through:
a. Equipping every Christian to share his or her faith
b. Focusing on specific outreaches to the homeless and suffering.
c. Reaching those in hospitals through Hope Chaplaincy ministry.
d. Holding major events at the worship facility such as Harvest Festival, ARISE, and various concerts.
3. Impact our World: We believe that Christ’s commission to preach the gospel is global as well as local. Therefore, we place a strong emphasis on global missions with the intention of preaching the gospel until all have heard. Strategic church planting is the Biblical method for influencing the world with the gospel. Therefore, we fulfill this by:
a. Planting churches throughout our nation as well as globally.
b. Developing national pastors, worship leaders and ministers at our training centers in the Philippines and Mexico.
c. Impacting the Muslim dominated countries in North Africa (in particular Tunisia) for Christ by assisting the national churches through discipleship, short-term missions, strategic planning, and resource assistance.
d. Supporting missionaries, mission’s organizations and mission’s events that coincide with our vision for impacting the world for Christ.
